Adrian is a stable isotope geochemist, specializing in applied geological studies. He manages the SUERC/NEIF Geosciences Stable Isotope Lab. One of his principal tasks is to train PhD students who undertake extensive programmes of stable isotope analyses resulting from approved projects. In this effort, he is fortunate to be aided by the technical expertise of Drs. Laura Hepburn and Nico Bompard.

Laura is the NEIF Facility research scientist, responsible for care, maintenance and quality control of all of our stable isotope systems. Her research focuses on the marine biogeochemical cycling of iron. She has a background in deep-sea research and conservation, with a PhD in the exploration and geochemical characterisation of modern high-temperature hydrothermal systems.
